About the Project

Company Overview

Phil is looking to turn his passion for cooking from a side hustle to a main hustle. Based on his own blended family, Philthy’s Food incorporates both Soul Food and Korean comfort food ingredients.

With a limited menu and a regular pop-up kitchen, he’s been slowly building a loyal client base.

Web Presence

Since he’s running his business out of pop-up kitchens, Phil wanted a website where customers could check the location of his next event, place orders online, and share the menu with their friends.

How we did it

User Experience

We compared multiple online ordering platforms, the pros, cons, fees, and other sweet deets that go into choosing the ideal candidate for Philthy Food.

Taking into account cost, their business model and hours, and project goals for site performance, we selected an integrated POS system with minimal fees and a website to host.

Brand Design

Philthy’s food promises a big bowl of savory, spicy, messy goodness. The logo was designed with the signature gooey gochujang sauce and yellow yolk from a runny egg that tops every Philthy Food Bowl.

The Results

Since launching the website, Philthy’s Food has been able to easily reach customers, both old and new.

They have seen an increase in customers at their pop-up events. And the integrated POS system has streamlined the ordering process, both for customers and the kitchen.
